For those wishing to know: Dr. Gifford-Bennet (abbreviated to Dr. Bennet 
on the book cover), was a senior physician in Buxton, Derbyshire, England. 
In this short book he discusses the mineral waters for which Buxton was 
then famous, how they were used to cure people etc.  It's mainly aimed at 
other doctors.
