For those wishing to know: This is a single (complete) article from the 
Times Literary Supplement.  There wasn't a lot of literary criticism of 
George Borrow's works before 1923 and so I'm transcribing the odds and 
ends having done the big ones.  This one is a reasonable introduction to 
Borrow.
