For those wishing to know: James Parkerson was a minor local poet in
Norfolk in the early 1800's. This is one of a number of his pamphlets,
all of which are very rare, only a few copies surviving. George Borrow in
his semi-autobiographical book "Lavengro" describes meeting Parkerson when
Borrow was a young apprentice in Norwich. It's through Borrow that
Parkerson is known.

All the best,
David,
England, getting cold and rainy
