For those wishing to know: firstly it's unclear as to what the title is, 
with the book cover giving Collectanea (and also a psuedo title-page 
giving Collectanea), followed by a more formal title-page giving 
"Addresses & Papewrs".  British Library don't have it so there's no 
authority there, and Norwich Library UK have put under "Addresses & 
Papers" with Collectanea as an added title.

Peter Eade was a medical doctor, naturalist, historian and major of 
Norwich, England.  This is a collection of some of his writings and 
speaches.  Starting off with a plea for more parks for the children of 
Norwich (he was successful in getting them), through to his notes on his 
tortoises (which he rescued from certain death), you've got to like the 
mayor.
