This file has been updated with the new header, removed from its 
old address in etext92, and filed under the new directory system.  


Note: the original repost, on December 17, 2011, was deemed to
be unsatisfactory.  The 40.txt/zip files created at that time 
have been deleted.  They have been replaced by 40-ps.ps (a 
Postscript file) and 40-pdf.pdf (generated from the Postscript 
file), along with a brief readme file.
