For those wishing to know: It's an interesting selection of news items for 
Yarmouth, Norfolk, UK, mainly in the 1800's.  It's similar to "Yarmouth 
Notes" and "Norfolk Annals" (also available via Gutenberg).  This doesn't 
cover the amazing political sculduggery which Yarmouth was infamous for.
