For those wishing to know: Edward Hoare was a leading figure in the UK 
Church of England evangelical circles of the 1800's.  This was written at 
an early stage of his ministry, when he was at Ramsgate, England.  It's a 
statement of the evangelical beliefs associated with Communion.
