new header, removed from its old address in etext97, and filed under the
new directory system.  Unicode and extra material have been provided.

Historic note: when Michael Hart emailed me suggesting "I do something as 
we'd soon be releasing ebook number 1066" (which I read as one-thousand 
and sixty-six), to my shame as an Englishman I emailed back to ask what he 
meant.  If I'd read it as ten sixty-six then I'd have realised the joke: 
it's the year when William the Conqueror invaded Britain.
