For those wishing to know: Rev. Mayow makes a point in favour of the High 
Church party (of which he and Maskell were part) that irrespective of the 
privy council's judgement in the Gorham case (which was then soon 
expected) the Church of England could more or less ignore it, call a 
convocation and rule the High Church party correct etc.
