This is a pamphlet by a worthy citizen of King's Lynn, Norfolk, England, 
who had been critized as a fool for investigating a mesmerist who had 
appeared in the town.  His main point is that he had an open mind and 
thought that such things should be looked at.  Two former pamphlets 
referenced cannot be traced and appear to have been lost.
