For those wishing to know: these are three different items by John Church, 
preacher, 1780-1833, but they lack title pages etc. and have been bound 
together in the British Library copy, the cataloger thinking they are part 
of a previous book.  I'd done a note explaining this and the possible 
dating.  The hymn, 1827, although only a page long, is very useful as it's 
the the last known publication by John Church (so far!)
