Take a look at this bill folks. If  passed and  ITC continues to
"broadcast" over the internet and it goes to Michigan, someone could
be looking at jail time and a $5,000 fine. IMHO, this bill is
ridiculous. Maybe they weren't thinking sled dog racing when it was
proposed as it just says dog racing, but who knows. If you live in
Michigan, you need to write your representatives.
