[Trdma-l] Missing Dog

Hi Everyone,

Tonight at 5:45pm, on the way home from Lynn Orbison's house, my husband was driving the dogtruck home after picking up Spike, a white, female husky yearling (about 50lbs, long bodied, red padded collar). Somewhere between Pleasant Valley Road (23 mile CHSR) and Two Rivers School Road (19 mile CHSR), she managed to pull the dogbox door out and jumped out of the truck. Manny and Devlyn, our son, looked and looked for her, but didn't find her at all. Manny said that it looked like she might have jumped out near the school road, as he saw the imprint in the snow and tracks leading across to the southside of Chena Hot Springs Road (about 19 mile). He isn't sure that was from her, but it could have been.

We are hoping she will come home, but she's probably pretty freaked out and while she is friendly, she may not come to strangers. If anyone sees her or finds her, PLEASE email (tamirego at alaska.net) or call at 488-4679. We'll continue looking, but appreciate any help.
