Some Fairbanks residents have had their Icelandic horse break a leg, 
and the vet has put the animal down with a bullet. The owners have the 
carcass loaded on a flat bed trailer and are looking for a dog musher 
who is interested in feeding it to their team. (Waste not, want not.) 
But at these temperatures it needs to be processed NOW!

If you are interested, call Cathie Harms at 460-4019 ASAP. She is not 
the owner of the horse, but she is hoping to save the owners from 
dozens of phone calls. Once she has a confirmed taker, she'll notify me 
and I'll notify the lists. Thank you.
