[Trdma-l] [ARDM-L] snares

The thing that makes this insidious is that trapping season is not
currently open and hasn't been all summer. Unfortunately, snares are so
inexpensive that some trappers who use them may decide to not retrieve
them at the end of the season. Plus, since they don't have to mark the
location of their snares, a trapper may lose track of some of the snares.
Good dogs who just happen to accidentally get loose once in a blue moon,
may be lost forever as they are trapped even in a semi-suburban
neighborhood. My deepest condolences to Molly's family.
