[Trdma-l] Additional ordering info for Dog Gone Addiction DVD

Hello, friends.  I just found out some additional ordering information about Becky 
Bristow's DVD.  If you want to buy more than one copy and you pay through paypal, you will be charged separate shipping and handling for each DVD.  Becky is happy to combine S&H charges if you order more than one DVD, but in order to get that savings you need to mail her a check.
