[Trdma-l] shelter dogs

We have been lucky as of late....not too many huskies have been dropped off 
at the shelter!  yea!

But 3 of them have been there a very long time.  They are definitely dogs 
worth taking a look at if you want to add to your team!
2 of them we have run already and their descriptions are below.  Violet was 
kept inside but seems to like being outside a lot better.  She was very shy 
inside but is a VERY friendly sweet pointer mix that is now outside on house 
G.

CHISEL #2-5-13  House F.  She is a smaller 3 year old husky that is on the
shy side but warms up quickly.  She was calm putting her in the team but she
sure liked to run.  She has a really nice gait and is a driven dog.  She ran
lead but tentatively.  She has good speed but we couldn't go too fast
because of Kahil (see below).  She is quiet and is a very pretty dog with
prick ears and intelligent eyes.  She is already spayed and tatooed so you
can take her home today!

VELVET  #1-31-2  House P.  This is a smaller female that has a beautiful
gait.  She is a driven sled dog but is also very very sweet with people.
She didn't like the other dogs but she is in full blown heat so she was
quite "testy."  She also may have a bit of entropic eye lids.  We all like
this dog a lot.  She would probably do much better with other dogs once she
is spayed.  Her gait was one of the best I have seen lately.  Efficient and
smooth.  Again, we probably weren't going fast enough for her.
She is black brown and white.

VIOLET  2-13-5  House G
She was left in the drop off cages with no information.  She is a black and 
white pointer mix with a boxy head and is fine boned.  She is a sweet nice 
dog who would also make a great pet.
