There's another contest...anybody can vote! Will you help?  Loving 
Companions Animal Rescue wants to be the rescue group beneficiary in 
December for this promotion.

FelineFido.com has just "unleashed" a new line of handcrafted pet 
collars and leashes to promote spay and neuter and help benefit rescue 
efforts. They're donating 15% of the net proceeds from the sale of each 
of the new "Save Lives, Spay & Neuter" collars to rescue groups all 
over the country. But since there are so many fabulous animal rescue 
groups out there, they couldn't decide on just one organization, so 
they're choosing a different group for each month of the year. They are 
currently looking for a group to designate for the December donations 
and thought it would be fun to let the organization with the most votes 
win the December spot-light!

Here's how it will work:

Voting has already begun, and will close at 11:59 on October 31, 2007. 
We need as many people as possible to email: rescuevotes at felinefido.com

To vote for LCAR you put: Loving Companions Animal Rescue, North Pole, 
Alaska as the subject of the email
and their website: www.lovingcompanionsanimalrescue.org in the message 
of the email

Loving Companions Animal Rescue has developed our local SNIP program 
(Spay/Neuter Interior Pets)

You could also buy a collar or two, proceeds will help SOMEONE do 
something really good! Thanks.
