Just putting signs up now at Valley Center and Two Rivers Laundramat and
corner of Kaufman and CHSR for the found dog. all phone contacts listed

P.S.  it's not that George would kill me, but we do have an agreement about
taking in loose dogs!  Hope we find the home this one belongs in, but it is
indeed safe at Daisy Acres for now.

Subject: Found Female Cream Husky

 

A neighbor just stopped by with a cream colored female husky she found
wandering on the hot springs road by Kauffman Lane around 21 mile. She's a
sweet and social middle aged gal wearing a red Tiaga collar. No ID. She has
brown eyes and dark tear stains. She could be a house pet, although she
looks well built and is in GREAT shape! (A few chew marks on her
hips/thighs...maybe some chiropractic issues?) She probably hasn't been
missing long.

The dog came to my neighbor and even put her front feet up on the back seat
of her car to be boosted in. My neighbor brought her to me 1) because she's
sorta white and I've been known to have a few of those and 2) because she
figured her husband would kill her if she went home with the dog!

We think she might be intact as her vulva is slightly enlarged.

If you know whose dog this is, please have them contact Leslie Labar as I'm
leaving town first thing in the morning for a week. The dog is safe here at
Daisy Acres, but my husband doesn't really need the extra work to answer
phone calls and such. Leslie is the one who found the dog, she'd be happy to
meet someone who wanted to see the dog and she could deliver the dog back to
it's owner if we knew who that was.
