[Trdma-l] truck needed

Frank Turner got a bad batch of fuel at a gas station which will 
remain unnamed, and his truck had to be towed to town. He is in town 
for the start of the Quest, and needs the use of a dog truck so that 
he can get his dogs offloaded and his truck repaired. Call Val
