Hi all: I do know who this dog belongs to...not the name nor the house....there is a family on Woodbine whose daughter really wanted a dog, so they told her if she saved $ she could get a dog from the pound.  Unfortunately they do not help her with how to have a dog, and this dog gets loose all the time.  I only know about this because a musher that lives at the end of EldoVista, which is off of Woodbine, came into my yard last Friday with the dog, and it had come into her yard....she was pretty sure where it belonged...and I think she walked it back up there.  I dont know her name, but I can find out from Phil Joy, who lives next door to her.  Also, I believe she told me that the people with this dog live either in the place on Woodbine that is an orange trailer/trailer type affair, or the house right next to it. Anyway, its owners are on the upper end of Woodbine.  And this is the second time in a week its been loose.  I think the little girl would be greatly helped if someone could help her with how to care for teh dog, as I get the impression that her parent(s) have left her to figure it out...which is why the dog is always in that little harness and dragging its leash.  Carol, send me your phone # and I can post the sign at the bottom of Woodbine- they will see it because I believe that is what the other musher did and that is how they got the dog back.  Mara
