[dvdvol] My ISP is on a blacklist

My ISP, comcast.net, is on a blacklist and I am consequently unable to send e-mail to some of the CD/DVD requesters when there are problems with their requests. Would anyone be willing to relay messages or do you have any other suggestions? Thank you.
