[dvdvol] Any Canadian volunteers?

I have a Canadian request that has only a first name. Canada Post won't accept anything from the US without both first and last names. However, if there's someone within Canada, then it wouldn't be a problem. I tried to contact this person and request his last name, but he has not responded. Thank you. John Hagerson
