Hi all. We have officially stopped mailing the old 2006 DVD. If you want to mail the new DVD, you will need to get some from me. This has been what has been unofficially happening for a few weeks now anyway, but I have now updated the web page to reflect it. If you have any questions, or find any problems, please let me know.
