[glibrary] Missing frontispiece - Betty at Fort Blizzard

I have a copy of the above book, by Molly Elliot Seawell, published by J. B. Lippincott Company. It has two copyright notices - 1916 by John Wanamaker, and 1916 by J. B. Lippincott Company. Its frontispiece is missing. If someone has this book with its frontispiece, please send me a JPG of it.. Thanks!
