I have a copy of the above book, by Gustav Kobbe (e-accent), published by Thomas Y. Crowell & Co., New York. It has two sets of copyright dates - 1904 and 1905 by The Butterick Publishing Co. (Limited), and 1905 by Thomas Y. Crowell & Co. It's missing the frontispiece (Mozart) and the three illustrations facing pages 22 (Beethoven), 72 (Chopin), and 94 (Robert Schumann). Does anyone have this book, and can supply me with these four illustrations? Thanks!
