[gutvol-d] Help with music wanted for Unknown Mexico by Carl Lumholtz

I am looking for a few people who would like to transcribe music for a book I am preparing for Project Gutenberg (Unknown Mexico by Carl Lumholtz). I would like to have the notes rendered in a nice way (the scans are ugly, and I cannot rescan easily), as well as midi files to listen to the tunes.
