People respond to feedback. <div><br></div><div>Positive feedback produces positive reinforcement; you&#39;ll get more the next time.</div><div>Negative feedback produces negative reinforcement; you&#39;ll get less.</div><div>
<br></div><div>Stop and think what kind of day-to-day feedback the DP workers get.</div><div><br></div><div>From PG they get very little or no feedback. </div><div>From DP they get little or no feedback, and when it comes it&#39;s weeks to late.</div>
<div><br></div><div>They&#39;re wandering in the wilderness, and they know it. But hey, no one</div><div>seems to care one way or the other about how they did what they do,</div><div>or want to help them do better; so the ones that stick around, </div>
<div>please themselves. No one else notices.</div><div><br></div><div>They&#39;re going through another phase of RST despair right now. They aren&#39;t</div><div>getting out what they thought they are putting in. Things break. But they</div>
<div>are supposed to keep trying to make the system happy. They know the</div><div>system isn&#39;t trying to make them happy. That&#39;s not its job.</div>
