You all keep making tools that don’t work and then you blame the user when they report back their experience to you.  Tried your “workaround” suggestion on a couple of browsers and that just makes the browser crash.  Suggest YOU ought to try it out on a “REAL” PG book not a toy test and see what happens to you.  I’m on a PC, so maybe you all are making things that work on the other 1% of the machines out here in the real world?

Bottom line, do you really think what you are offering is really going to make a real world PG customer happy?  How about offering unwrapped txt files as part of the file download choices – I think that’s what people expect!
