Well, I would think the answer would also depend on PG defining what it is they are trying to accomplish, which it seems to me they have steadfastly refused to do. Which begs the question why I keep submitting books to PG, but in part the answer is that when I submit books to PG they also show up many other places -- which is part of the answer and part of the curse.
