Hmm. Well, the line numbers are needed for actually rehearsing the plays, especially in an environment where you won't have consistent page numbers. Do you have any suggestions for reasonable presentation? In an HTML edition it'd possible to toggle them on and off with javascript, but can't really rely on that in epub/mobi/etc and mobile readers.
