Why don't I just DOWNLOAD the eBook to my computer and append it to my paper? Then, it doesn't make any difference what happens to the eBook left in the ether. TEACHER, HERE IS THE COPY *I* USED.
I'm just curious here but which journal would be willing to publish the full text of all references cited? Certainly none of those I've had papers in. Cheers, Holden
