proper italics now. font changed from comic sans. em-dashes utilized. curly-doublequotes utilized. found search-terms colorized. some cosmetic changes. most of that stuff was requested by jana. some of you might not know her, because she hasn't posted much here, but she is a hard-working volunteer over at d.p. who helps lots of mac users with their problems. -bowerbird
