by the way, if _you_ are struggling with .epub creation, backchannel me, and i'll tell you how to make it easier. i'm not just gonna blurt it out on this listserve, because .epub is a crap format that should die fast and painfully. but _you_ shouldn't have to suffer any pain just because some o.c.d. technocrats forced their crap format on you. -bowerbird
