This is a known SEO (Search Engine `Optimization') technique. Google ranks according to "search word frequency" in the page. The frequency must not be too high, otherwise the google engine will treat you as spammer. Thus spammers have begun filling in some alien text to reduce the frequency to acceptable levels. So, where do you get some public domain text to do this?
While I would say that this is unethical, my first thought is that I doubt it would be illegal. Doesn't the "small print" say that if you remove the PG trademark, you can use the text in any way you desire? In this instance, do they actually have any reference to PG? Andrew
