It's in RB format and can be dumped straight into the ebook. Probably most of the stuff on the sites is older and the author has gotten copyright revision, but more and more publishers are getting the idea and putting new works up. For example, THE DA VINCI CODE went up on FictionWise about the same time it was released in hardback. Its success in eformat has certainly caught the eyes of other mainstream publishers.
