I think, for this compilation, we're aiming for quality, rather than quantity. But if you have a few particular favorites...
Also, could you please elaborate on why recipes can't be copyrighted? Specifically, could you please tell me in which cases recipes can be protected by copyright? I have thought for many years about making recipes, either individually or in cookbook form available in Braille or similar formats for the blind, but I was always worried about the legal issues. The laws are very specific on how copyrighted works may be put into formats such as Braille and I have no money or means to defend myself in case of suits. You may write off list if you would like.
