it took, what was it?, something like two iterations to move an .html file from something you dismissed as "ugly" to something you could not find fault with.
Sorry, BB, but if you want to send me, or anyone else, on a journey to teach you how to program -- even static HTML -- then truly one has been sent on a fool's errand. Read the HTML specs. Read the EPUB specs. Read the MOBI specs. And please dear god try out what you so confidently propose using real book sources, real HTML browsers on real machines, real EPUB devices, and real MOBI devices. Some PG "experts" create crappy results. And some PG "neophytes" create great results. It need not be hard.
