I think those are mostly anomalies. Many of these are simply multi-volume sets (such as, Decline and Fall, and Dictionary). Assuming it's not much harder, maybe you could list the eBook #s of the duplicates. That will let us find the *real* duplicates. And, in some cases, we'll see why they are ambiguous duplicates.
