
Thanks for all your reports on this, James. For book number: we assign this when it is posted. The only time we assign in advance is when there are dependencies (such as, two volumes that need to reference each other). However, I *really* want my paragraphs to be non-indented and to have a bit of space under each one, and the same thing for block quoted text. The RST manual seems to have this, but when I look at the RST source of same I see no hint of how it is doing it.
The other question I have is, how do I know what my book number will be? I have an approval to work on it from PG, but that does not include a book number.
Thanks for your patience. I like RST and think it will greatly help my productivity once I have mastered it.
