james- there is now cleaner text on those web-pages:
this text is from the .djvu file, so the pagebreaks are much more accurate than they were before... i was hoping the em-dashes would reappear too, but no luck there. perhaps someone will offer to re-do the o.c.r. i will also play with the abbyy.gz file at archive.org, and see what i can coax out of that, but i'm having too much fun tinkering with the .djvu text for now. like i said, hang loose until after christmas... :+) -bowerbird
