I don't know if they are still available, called "Fonts 2000". The DP font is a little more distinctive and ugly for proofing purposes, but Andale does the trick too and looks better.
Why not use one that is freely available, and patent-free? There are several great mono fonts available in the Freefont and Bitstream Vera collections. In fact, I used those exact two collections to create my "Plucker Anti-aliased fonts" package, which you can see in full splendor here: http://code.plkr.org/aa/ David A.
