I often submit clearances for books I think I might get around to if only so that PG knows they are available PD and others can make use of the clearance. These books are no longer in my possesion and my scanner is toast, I am limping along with a p166 until I can afford to pickup some new equipment.
There ought to be a standard way of canceling clearances, at least for the new system.
