This is true, and the examples might even be sufficient, if I knew anything about perl. However, I don't know anything about perl. The perl resources I have found have been the equivalent of offering a course in metallurgy to someone asking for driving directions. It's ordinarily not necessary to know how to build a car to drive one. Here's what I have done. I downloaded a ActivePerl from ActiveState (yes, I am running Windows). I tried to use the first example from the link given below (rdf-parse-example.pl) and was told that I don't have XML/LibXML. At this point, I'm stuck. Thank you. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Marcello Perathoner wrote: John Hagerson wrote:
I have no experience at all with perl and I need to parse some information from the PG catalog.rdf file.
There are some examples at: www.gutenberg.org/feeds/examples/
