for the _final_ set of changes to our text,
i checked the balancing of dialog quotes,
i downcased all decorative small-cap text,
and i marked end-line hyphenates to show
which end-line hyphens to retain on rewrap.

this book is as close to perfect as i can make,
so i turn it over to the world to move it closer.
do please let me know of any errors you find...

i'll eventually churn out an .epub and a .mobi, but
i'll give y'all a chance to offer your critiques first...       :+)

i'll be back tomorrow with a complete wrap-up...

but the executive summary only requires one sentence:
digitization isn't as hard as some of you seem to think.
