[gutvol-d] Off Topic Discussion List Suggestion.

I suggest an Off Topic Discussion list for PG. Both volunteers and non-volunteers can become members. This will help everyone to know each other a little bit more and discuss some things of common interest. Topics such as what was the last book you red on PG etc., can be discussed.
