It turns out if you drive everyone away, you too can be the only keeping the list going.
There is a saying: "if you can not stand the heat, do not become a cook" (unknown chef cook).
And then there was a wave of botulism in that village, because there were no cooks. And other villages, who had discovered how to make ovens you didn't have to stand inside, shook their head. If you want people to become cooks, then don't make artificial barriers to that.
It is sad to see that people do not pay intension to international news, otherwise one can see what happens when the rights of free speech is ignored.
So does your governing body let the public wonder around and yell whatever they want while they're trying to make laws? There's a big difference between letting people publish what they want, and forcing every forum to include everyone. -- Kie ekzistas vivo, ekzistas espero.
