The article complains about the delivery cost of selling a book. From my own records I see that if you sell at the 30% royalty there is no delivery cost. I have only one book I sell at the 70% royalty and my delivery cost is .19. My book has pictures and is 1.26 mb. The book he is complaining about is 18.1 mb!
