[gutvol-d] What's happening at copy.pglaf.org?

I've been trying for over two weeks to raise a signal. What gives? Why isn't anyone returning my important email? I have a situation that needs resolution, and until it's resolved, I can't pick up any of the projects I had to leave off this spring. Where is everybody?
