Why don't I just DOWNLOAD the eBook to my computer and append it to my paper? Then, it doesn't make any difference what happens to the eBook left in the ether. TEACHER, HERE IS THE COPY *I* USED.
Personally, I like that idea, but for those who don't WANT a footnote the size of an entire book, perhaps putting in a separate file, or disk, would be better. . .though _I_ would be tempted just to put it on my OWN little web page, with my OWN URL: then I don't have to worry about some other problems, such as someone changing the filename, dirname, URL, or deleting the entire book, directory, or site. . .etc. Michael
